Event Recap Part 1 - Finding Freedom: Sensuous Knowledge
Updated: Feb 26, 2021
On Friday 18th December 2020, we were joined by Dr. Berlisha P. Morton, Minna Salami, Somi Nwandu and Tife Soloye as they came together to discuss Minna's latest book Sensuous Knowledge: a black feminist approach for everyone.
By centering Minna Salami’s book, between Minna and Black feminist organisers, academics, and creatives about their identities, feminist solidarities, and knowledge production, a discussion evolved that showed us the ways in which it is possible to put this approach into practice.
Over the next few weeks, we will be sharing the footage from the event. Here is the first part, look out for the next instalments next Monday.
We would like to say a massive thank you to our fantastic panelists. Be sure to follow them and check out their work.
